Hotel Mitra is operated by Hotel Mitra, a sole proprietorship based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (not registered under GST).
The information on the Hotel Mitra website and in the Hotel Mitra app is provided for general information about our software. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every description, screenshot or price is complete or current at all times. Features, modules and prices may change; the price shown on the payment page at the time you pay is the price that applies.
2. Hotel Mitra Is a Software Provider
Hotel Mitra provides software that hotels, guest houses and restaurants use to run their own business. We are not a hotel, travel agent or booking agent, and we are not a party to any stay, booking, food order or other service between a property and its guests.
- Rooms, rates, availability, stays, food and service quality are the responsibility of each property.
- Guest booking payments made through a Hotel Mitra payment link go to the property's own Razorpay account; refunds and cancellations of those payments are decided by the property.
- Each property remains responsible for its own legal obligations, including guest registers, identity checks, police / FRRO (Form C) reporting, tax invoices and GST where applicable.
3. Data Entered by Properties and AiMitra Suggestions
Guest and booking details are entered by each property's staff. Where AiMitra reads details from an uploaded ID document, the result is a suggestion that staff must check and confirm; Hotel Mitra does not guarantee that automatically read details are correct.
4. Availability and Third-Party Services
We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some features depend on third-party services - for example Razorpay (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), Meta / WhatsApp (messaging) and online travel agencies (channel manager) - whose availability and terms are outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, Hotel Mitra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our full terms, including limitation of liability, are in the Terms & Conditions.
5. External Links
The website and app may link to third-party websites (for example Razorpay's checkout or a property's own website). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites.
